DISC is based upon the scientifically proved assumption that a person's behavior can be described by 4 basic components:

  • D: Dynamic: Targeted, dominant & direct
  • I: Inspiring: Influential, interactive & impulsive
  • S: Sociable: Stable, likeable & sensitive
  • C: Correct: Diligent, sceptical & controlling

Each DISC profile will show the factors which are crucial for a specific person's behavior. Please remark, none of these factors is 'positive' or 'negative' - the DISC profile simply indicates how somebody will behave, and each type features their own strong and week points:

Person builds up relationship and maintains contacts and

  • Has a pragmatic attitude

  • Feels a need for support

Person features high "I" ofInspiring:

Person inspires people and

  • Is able to work with and via others
  • Acts and decides spontaneously
  • Has powers of persuasion and to convince
  • Works fast and enthusiastically

Person features high "C" ofCorrect:

Person minds details and

  • Works accurately and precise
  • Acts and decides deliberately
  • Prefers clear structures
  • Is perfectionist and diplomatic
